One of the most popular websites for Japanese foundations. It has a very extensive and accessible grammar guide

Another popular website for Japanese grammar. Goes into more advance topics than Tae Kim but also has the basics.
Wasabi
Very fun and cute website that is also super helpful and resourceful. Provides grammar, reading, listening and speaking resources. As well as a lot of exercises you can do with a personal tutor.
Japanesetest4you
Don't let the cheesy name fool you, this website is seriously a great resource for those who are aiming to take any of the JLPT levels. It has the structure and a number of example sentences for each grammar point, as well as an extensive number of free practice tests arranged by JLPT level and category (e.g. Vocabulary, Kanji, Listening, etc.)
Tofugu
A website all about Japan and Japanese-learning. They have numerous articles of Life in Japan, Learning Japanese, Japanese Culture, and even being an English Teacher in Japan! Archive of podcast with over 250+ episodes. Each episode the hosts talk about anything that they like from Starbucks to Tom Cruise to parks. The hosts talk very casually and naturally and this podcast is aimed at natives so the Japanese might be a bit hard to catch.
