Here is a easy news page in Japanese with furigana written in, great for practice. There is also a subreddit dedicated to community-curated translations. You can find it here.

SatoriReader
A paid site that provides curated and original articles. Each article comes with a plethora of annotation that have a dictionary entry showing the exact sense being used in the current context. They also include full translations of each article as well as recordings.
Rikaikun (Google Chrome) / Rikaichan (Mozilla Firefox)
Rikaikun is a translation application for your internet browser. Once you turn on the application, you can hover your mouse over Japanese and an English translation (with readings) will instantly pop up. This is very useful if you don't know a word or can't read a particular kanji.
